I went for a head spa treatment with a friend, we did the 45min treatment. My goodness, it exceeded my expectations! What a relaxing experience! We were given these tube-top robes, heated booties and a heating pad, then a warm blanket on top. The facial was so nice and relaxing, the hair treatment was absolutely perfect. At the end they blow dry your hair. I highly recommend it!
Something about someone washing your hair is just so satisfying. The products they use smell very nice and is clearly very high quality.

I had a disappointing experience with Wendy during my today’s appointment. Unfortunately the quality of the service was far from acceptable. My nails turned out quite thick, uneven, and poorly shaped- they’re sharp at the edges and not smooth at all.
Throughout the process, the tool she was using scratched my skin several times which was quite uncomfortable. What made things worse was her attitude. When I politely asked for corrections, she did not respond in a professional or respectful manner. Instead she seemed irritated and started pressing my nails aggressively, as if she was angry about having to fix her work. It felt like she was just rushing to finish and leave, with no concern for the quality or the customer service.
Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and certainly not the level of service I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this technician.

Terrible customer service. Waited forever to get my nails done then when I got home realized they were full of dents and bubbles. I messaged them on IG and they told me I only had 2 days to get them fixed, not the 5 day policy they have posted in the salon. I had to take more time out of my week to fix their mistake then when waited over an hour and a half again to get them fixed. When I asked for a different colour because the original colour was not what I had asked for, they told me they would charge me $40 to change the colour even though they were taking off the polish and redoing it anyway.

The girl manger was so rude and condescending and argued about everything. She never once apologized for the inconvenience and instead treated me as if I was to blame for the poor quality service.

When I asked her why I was only provided a maximum of 2 days to have my nails fixed over IG but the sign in the salon says a 5 day guarantee she argued with me telling me she never said that. I’ve attached the screenshot of her message. I sent the message on Sunday and she said in the message I had until “Tuesday at the latest”. That’s 2 days not 5 as “guaranteed”.

I’ve gone there many times and most of the technicians do good work but the management there is horrendous and so rude each and every visit. Absolutely appalling customer service and not worth the money.

Honestly. I am very disappointed in these nails. Went in for a fill with 2 week grown out gel nails. They still look grown out, she didn’t fill them in all the way. As she’s filing my nails down she RUINS my cuticuls, when I asked her to fix them up she wanted to charge me 20$ extra. On top of the 80$ I’m alrighty paying to get them “filled”. She also didn’t smooth them out, left them rough and there’s a crooked nail… Wouldn’t go back there to get my nails done. Waist of money in my opinion.
818 tequila and ginger ail was the best part.
